nickel[‘nɪkl] – 1. никель; 2. монета в 5 центов (в Америке и Канаде)
Mike Kroeger (Майк Крюгер) работал официантом в Starbucks, и при расчете с клиентом, Майк все время повторял одну и ту же фразу: «Here’s your nickel back» («Вот ваши пять центов сдачи»). Отсюда и появилось название группы «Nickelback».

leave no stone unturned – to do everything you can in order to find something or to solve a problem (делать все возможное; испробовать все возможные средства; приложить все силы):
Jarvis left no stone unturned in his search to find the ring.
leave somebody/something ↔ behind – to permanently stop being involved with a place, person, or situation (оставлять):
It’s time to leave the past behind.
stride [straɪd] – a long step you make while you are walking (большой шаг):
Paco reached the door in only three strides.

rewind [ˌri:’waɪnd] / rewound / rewound – to make a cassette tape or video go backwards in order to see or hear it again (перематывать назад)
